In honour of the 100th anniversary of the Canadian Navy, HMCS Fergus: Life Abroad a WWII Corevette explores the living conditions of the crew and their relationship with the town in whose honour the ship was named. The Fergus was one of 70 Canadian corvettes that providfed anti-submarine defence for the merchant convoys carrying essential supplies of food and equipment to Britain. HMCS Fergus was the last Canadian corvette commissioned in 1944.
