AN ECOLOGICAL VEGETABLE GARDEN

There are many new insights that make a vegetable garden more productive and easier to manage. We will see how digging, composting, and mulching practices contribute to a healthy soil as the basis for healthy plants and food. Seed buying, planting schedules through to post harvest cleanup and the reduction of even the 'organic' or 'safe' pest control products will also be discussed.
